On Saturday, February 19th at 10:30 am, the FASNY Museum of Firefighting will be hosting a FREE fire safety and prevention program for elementary aged students.
The program is “The Firefighter Fran and Firestar Show.” Firefighter Fran will talk about fire safety and prevention with her larger than life Dalmatian sidekick, Firestar. Firefighter Fran will show visitors her hazard house, teach them about when to dial 9-1-1, when to stop, drop and roll and other fire safety and prevention concepts. Firefighter Fran finishes her program, which is filled with sound effects and fun, with a musical puppet show re-enforcing all of the concepts taught.
