2020 CAPITAL PROJECT
The scope of the project includes :
Replacing approximately 50% of the 20 year old middle school roof
Installing back-up generators on both campuses to protect vital safety equipment, HVAC motors, refrigeration motors and technology servers and hardware from power surges, outages and brownouts.
Replace the 30 year old tennis courts and relocate them behind the press box parallel to the home bleachers.
Provide for additional exterior lighting on parts of our Coxsackie campus.
How it will be paid for:
The total cost of the project would not exceed $3,775,000.
State aid (100% of the project is aidable) will cover 71% of the costs.
$175,000 from our capital reserve fund will also be used.
The impact on taxes is estimated to be 9 cents or less per $1000 assessed value for 15 years.

Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at Coxsackie Elementary
Monday December 9, 2019 at EJ Arthur Elementary
Voting will take place on Tuesday, December 17th, 2019
from 1 to 9 p.m.
in the Coxsackie Elementary and Edward J. Arthur elementary schools.
