Sierra Swartout - Grade 6
Sierra is the epitome of kindness, patience and perseverance. She consistently exhibits a positive attitude and always goes the extra mile to make sure that she is doing her very best. Sierra is eager to help her peers when she finishes her work and takes pride in being a model of integrity and confidence.
Sierra is also a creative thinker - her brilliance was shining bright during the latest poetry unit we completed in our Reading class. She is insightful, and her work reflects her talented and perceptive nature. Sierra has been selected to submit her poetry in a statewide contest for exemplary NY state students. Her teachers have all noted - Sierra’s effort and achievement in class is remarkable. We know Sierra Swartout is a winner - in any competition!
