Congratulations to HS students Fallon Greenaway, John Kunz and Madelyn McMann, whose original one-act play "The Horror Backstage," written in Mr. Dial's class,was selected as one of 5 winning scripts in the Young Playwright Contest sponsored by The Rep (Capital District Repertory Theatre). Their play will be produced on-stage this summer at The Rep.
What a fantastic time the CE and HS teachers had at McTeacher Night at McDonald's in Coxsackie on Wednesday 3/9!. General Manager, Tyler, and Store Manager, Asher, and the staff there were amazing. They provided candy, stickers, and games for the kids, as well as patience and assistance for the teachers who worked. They donated $500 to the CATA Student Benefit Fund, which directly supports the students at C-A.
Another McTeacher Night is coming on 3/23 with the EJA and MS teachers and we hope to see you there!
We will be providing plenty of information with how to be utilize the new app and navigating the website so you can stay current with all of the AMAZING things happening at CACSD!
