Miss Anderson’s class at EJA dove into an ocean-themed lesson where students explored the dangers of plastic waste and oil pollution. Families were invited to come see presentations, and our students did a great job sharing their knowledge and raising awareness for our oceans. 🌊♻️

Behind every school day is a dedicated bus driver making sure our students arrive safely and with a smile. 🚌

The countdown continues! 🎓✨
Even though April 26th fell on a Sunday, the Class of 2026 didn’t miss a beat — they celebrated today, checking off another milestone in their “Countdown of the 26’s.”
With each 26th that passes, graduation on June 26th, 2026 feels closer and more real. The excitement is building, and these seniors are making the most of every moment along the way.
Featured in this month’s snapshot are Hailey Gibney, Rich & Joe Perino, and Camryn Slater — all smiles as they mark another step toward the big day.
Only two more 26’s to go… 🎉

Our Pre-K students have been exploring what it means to be authors! Inspired by the book A Book for Bear, they decided to create books of their own.
They brainstormed all the materials they would need—markers, paper, scissors, crayons, tape, paint, and even something strong like wood for the cover!
Their creative stories and books included topics about people, a guy named Steve, rainbows, their names, Stitch, colors, and so much more. We are so proud of their imagination, teamwork, and excitement for writing!

Re: This Morning
Date: April 22, 2026
This morning, upon arrival at school, we discovered we had no internet or phone service. Thankfully, due to the quick work of Mr. Josh Burgos and Mr. Josh Pray from our Tech Crew, and Ted Nugent, they and their team were able to quickly diagnose the problem and correct the issue. State testing was able to be conducted with no major issues due to our faculty, staff, and administration.
We also congratulate our Green County Educators of the Year, who were honored this morning: Elisah Lackiel and Lisa McNeil!!!
Our two students who were honored as Greene County Students of the Year: Armand Caringi and Jade Anderson!!
It is an honor to work with your school District.
